This role is fully remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a productive schedule that aligns with client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations for clients to establish tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Collaborate closely with a network of interdisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver holistic care across all aspects of client wellness.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted state licensing as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
