Benefits Coordinator

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Benefits Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting employee benefits programs, maintaining records, coordinating enrollments, and helping deliver a positive employee experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in human resources, people operations, benefits administration, or employee support.

The Benefits Coordinator will work closely with HR teams and employees to support benefits processes, documentation, and day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in HR administration, employee services, benefits operations, or people support.

Responsibilities

  • Support employee benefits enrollment activities
  • Maintain employee records and benefits documentation
  • Respond to employee questions regarding benefits programs
  • Coordinate onboarding and benefits administration processes
  • Track benefits requests and status updates
  • Prepare reports and administrative summaries
  • Support compliance and documentation requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external providers
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Assist with audits and process improvements
  • Update HR systems and employee records
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, HR, or support roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Professional and dependable mindset
  • Service-oriented approach to employee support
