Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients’ symptoms related to mood disorders, focusing on intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders and available treatment options, fostering self-care practices to empower their recovery.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Work with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to maintain integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed of the latest research and treatment methodologies to continuously enhance therapeutic efficacy.

• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards by maintaining accurate and confidential client documentation.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to improve clinical practices and foster a culture of learning.

• Advocate for mental health awareness and assist clients in overcoming barriers related to mental illness stigma.

Qualifications\n
