Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that align with client goals, preferences, and varying needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate progress.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care techniques to empower them on their healing journey.

• Monitor and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care for clients, attending case consultations and team meetings regularly.

• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment methodologies to continually enhance therapeutic practices.

• Maintain and uphold accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

The ideal candidate will be working closely with individuals experiencing various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. • A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
