Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual counseling sessions to a diverse population of clients, utilizing modalities such as audio and video conferencing, online journaling, and goal-tracking programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will primarily focus on working with stable, low-acuity adults who may experience conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship challenges, weight-related issues, or grief. Our platform carefully screens clients, ensuring that you work within a safe, manageable, and therapeutic environment, encompassing only patients who fit these criteria. There are no children or individuals with severe mental health conditions, allowing for a concentrated approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full, independent LPCC license in the state of California, free from disciplinary actions.

• A reliable internet connection and suitable technology setup, including a working phone and a PC or laptop (tablets are not compatible).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This opportunity provides a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
