This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while providing critical outpatient behavioral health services. Our digital infrastructure supports both telehealth and in-person sessions, thereby maximizing client accessibility. Our office operates from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, accommodating various scheduling needs for both clients and staff. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy strategies that address their unique mental health needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive and integrated client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring a commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 80,000 and 100,000, along with potential bonus opportunities. Additional benefits include guaranteed pay increases, paid orientation, monthly professional development, and paid time off (PTO). We are dedicated to providing a full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days after credentialing, which we cover.
