Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical supervision to team members to ensure consistent delivery of psychosocial services.

• Conducting follow-up assessments and developing prevention plans in the aftermath of crises, including liaising with external agencies as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate clinical and administrative records in compliance with contract obligations and billing requirements, submitting encounter forms weekly.

• Participating actively in weekly clinical meetings to foster integrated primary and mental health care alongside medical providers and interdisciplinary team members.

• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing behavioral health services and integrated care models.

• Providing informal consultations with other healthcare providers to discuss patient care strategies and treatment progress.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
