Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical histories and current physical conditions.
• Work closely with patients to understand their symptoms, concerns, and rehabilitation goals.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans that address identified movement dysfunctions.
• Instruct patients on therapeutic exercises tailored to their conditions, ensuring proper techniques are used for maximum benefit.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including massage and other modalities, aimed at promoting healing.
• Guide and assist patients in the correct use of mobility equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and outcomes in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Provide valuable education to patients and their families regarding in-home exercise regimens and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and share clinical insights as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The prime focus of our Physical Therapist team is working with a diverse patient population recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative conditions, sports injuries, and more. You will interact with patients of all ages, tailoring your approach to meet their specific rehabilitation needs and preferences. Our goal is to empower each patient to achieve their optimal level of function and independence.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state Physical Therapy license to practice in Florida.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, ideally in Orthopedic Therapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing a wide variety of physical health conditions.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in word processing and managing electronic health records.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred, where you have actively managed cases involving complex orthopedic conditions or specialty populations. Compensation and Benefits
