Immediate openings for two Per Diem pharmacists to support multiple pharmacy locations in the Norristown, PA area. This role involves working with a variety of pharmacy sites, utilizing advanced software systems, and collaborating within a team-focused environment that values adaptability and strong communication.


Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Dispense medications and manage inventory control.
• Address patient inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Utilize pharmacy software systems including Pioneer Rx and Rx30.
• Adapt to fast-paced, high-volume pharmacy workflows.
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy technicians to ensure seamless operations.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with automation and dispensing robots preferred.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in pharmacy management software.
• Strong attention to detail and pharmacy intuition.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license.

Schedule:

• Immediate availability with flexibility; coverage needed starting Monday, February 16, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Ideal candidates are currently working part-time elsewhere, looking to supplement their hours.
