Experience & Background
- Demonstrated record of progression through increasingly senior roles in Customer Success, Operations, Program Management, Strategy, or similar roles.
- Experience in financial services, private markets, fintech, or investment-related environments strongly preferred.
- Proven success working cross-functionally in complex, regulated, or high-stakes settings.
- Exceptional project management and prioritization skills with the ability to run multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Strong analytical instincts-comfortable using data, qualitative insight, and judgment to guide decisions.
- Ability to build structure where none exists; comfort starting from a blank page.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working withsenior stakeholders.
- High emotional intelligence and confidence influencing without direct authority.
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
- Highly autonomous; does not require step-by-step direction.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and advocating for change.
- Deeply service-oriented, with a bias toward practical, scalable solutions.
- Views customer success as an organizational responsibility, not just a function.
