Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and persistence of clients' mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their specific goals and preferences while aligning with evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions grounded in best practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring methods to suit individual client needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance understanding and engagement.

• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative measures to inform treatment adjustments.

Qualifications\n
