Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that are tailored to the specific needs of clients in an outpatient setting.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate client needs and establish effective, collaborative treatment plans.
\n
• Utilize diverse evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic approaches to address a variety of emotional and psychological issues.

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and agency policies, maintaining high standards for confidentiality and ethical practice.

• Engage in weekly case consultations, allowing you to share insights and learn from peers, enhancing your clinical expertise.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by LumaMind Therapy, helping you stay current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. This demographic includes individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and circumstances, allowing you to apply and expand your cultural competency skills while working towards their optimal mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in the state of Nevada, or license eligibility within 90 days of application submission.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in delivering culturally competent care to clients from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong clinical judgment and a firm commitment to ethical practices in therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting is highly preferred.

• Experience using evidence-based therapies with a variety of populations, including experience with trauma-informed care approaches.

• Familiarity with electronic health records systems for documentation and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

LumaMind Therapy offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and client caseload. Benefits for eligible employees include:
