Pike Creek Physical Therapy Service is seeking a dedicated and passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, onsite position based in South River, New Jersey, you will be instrumental in evaluating, planning, and executing personalized treatment programs for patients in the comfort of their homes. Work Environment

This position requires a full-time commitment, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours each week. You will work primarily in patients' homes, delivering therapeutic interventions in a personalized environment. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions through comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities and interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers about rehabilitation processes, home exercises, and safety protocols.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patients' progress towards functional goals, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all patient interactions are respectful, empathetic, and focused on their needs.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to leverage collective expertise, maximizing patient outcomes and achieving successful recovery.
• Adhere to best practices and compliance requirements, meeting established utilization goals and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation as well as addressing complex needs within pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine realms. Engaging with individuals in their homes allows for personalized assessment of their environments, providing insights that can enhance the rehabilitation process. This role emphasizes the importance of building strong, trust-based relationships with patients, which are vital for achieving optimal recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy highly preferred.
• Valid and active State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside proficiency in computer applications related to patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health care services or outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Specialized training or certifications in orthopedic physical therapy, sports medicine, or related areas is advantageous.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain meaningful connections with patients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package which includes performance-based incentives, local and national organizational dues reimbursement, and continuing education support for certification renewals.
