Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive one-on-one video chat sessions with clients, focusing on their mental health needs and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize effective engagement strategies to encourage clients to openly discuss their emotions, experiences, and mental health challenges, fostering self-awareness and insight.

• Advocate for your clients by helping them identify their personal goals and collaborating closely to develop actionable plans for achievement.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and design individualized treatment plans employing evidence-based methods and solution-focused therapy techniques.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and digital communication tools to maintain a seamless therapy experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a variety of mental health issues. These individuals may be dealing with stress, anxiety, or life transitions, and you will help guide them in developing coping strategies and skills to enhance their living experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent license such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Strong computer literacy skills for utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Your annual salary will be competitive, ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 , based on experience and hours worked.
