Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to help clients facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, working closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and educational professionals to ensure holistic care for each client.

• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records to document client progress, appointments, and treatment plans, utilizing our advanced EHR system for efficiency.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development initiatives, staying abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and maintaining your licensure.

• Provide necessary crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
