Process analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and document current pain points. Requirements gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document detailed business requirements for the automation project. Solution design: Design automated workflows that meet business needs and improve efficiency. This includes creating documentation like Process Design Documents (PDD). Implementation oversight: Work closely with RPA developers to ensure the successful implementation of bots and solutions. Documentation and validation: Create process documentation and validate that the automation outcomes meet business goals. Change management: Help facilitate the transition to automated processes and ensure stakeholder buy-in.Required skills and qualifications: Analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to quickly identify and address issues. RPA proficiency: Familiarity with RPA tools and methodologies. Communication skills: Effectively interact with both business and technical teams. Process mapping: Experience with creating both "as-is" and "to-be" process maps. Business acumen: An understanding of how automation aligns with broader business objectives. Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field like computer science, information technology, or business is often required.
