Key Responsibilities\n

As a valued member of our mental health counseling team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing insightful individual therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Offering teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions or face mobility and accessibility challenges, ensuring equitable access to mental health support.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for establishing safe and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• An empathetic and non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences, enabling an environment of acceptance.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities for effective caseload management and efficient completion of administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in treating specific disorders, crisis intervention, or group therapy will be preferred. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling would also be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
