Work Environment

This position is based onsite at a school setting within Orchard Park, New York, an area known for its vibrant community involvement and commitment to education and health. Your typical work hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the possibility of evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. and occasional weekend community outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough health assessments and screenings for children and families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their health needs.
• Develop individualized care plans that address both acute and chronic medical conditions, while integrating preventive care into daily practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
