Work Environment

This position is onsite at our clinic within a school facility, allowing for a collaborative and engaging work atmosphere. Our Clinic promotes a supportive environment where the well-being of patients and staff is prioritized. Your work schedule will generally be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening services extending until 8:00 p.m., as well as weekend participation in community outreach events or health fairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments tailored towards individuals and families, incorporating screenings and preventive care measures.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions, providing appropriate treatment plans that address holistic wellness.
• Collaborate actively with community partners to design and execute impactful health education programs.
• Advocate for patients' rights and accessible healthcare services, delivering culturally competent care to diverse populations.
• Ensure continuity of care by coordinating referrals, follow-up services, and patient education on health management.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
