Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments to determine patients' health status and required interventions.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments based on evidence-based guidelines and individualized patient needs.
• Develop and implement effective patient management policies and procedures that align with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Facilitate referrals to specialists and other healthcare services as needed for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain open communication with collaborating physicians and specialists, ensuring a coordinated approach to patient management.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to the clinical staff, ensuring efficient workflow and patient care delivery.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and care recommendations accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay abreast of healthcare improvements and innovations.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and healthcare teams.
• Perform additional tasks related to patient care and organizational objectives as assigned.
