Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical assessments and advanced-level care to patients, delivering independent expertise in areas including routine and critical care.
• Manage both chronic and acute medical conditions, employing standardized protocols in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and customizing care plans based on individual patient needs.
• Conduct both non-invasive and invasive procedures, including minor surgeries, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Make informed patient management decisions autonomously, while engaging in consultation with attending physicians or other team members when necessary.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for healthcare providers, including nurses and support staff, by providing guidance on best practices and clinical protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily cater to women throughout various stages of life, from adolescence through menopause and beyond. Our patient population includes individuals seeking routine gynecological care, prenatal and postnatal services, as well as those with specialized reproductive health concerns. We emphasize not only physical health but also emotional and psychological support, recognizing the unique challenges women face.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or PhD in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) license, free from any restrictions.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Advanced certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or similar institutions is a plus.
• Ability to obtain DEA certification within three months of hire.
• Demonstrated skills and experience in outpatient nursing practice, particularly in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with at least one year of direct clinical experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in maintaining the confidentiality and sensitivity required to manage patient information.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of clinical experience specifically in women's health.
• Experience with clinical quality improvement initiatives and patient performance metrics.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth practices to enhance patient engagement and care efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits
