Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories to ensure precise diagnosis and effective treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care tailored to patients of all ages.
• Perform detailed physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work or radiology, to guide treatment plans.
• Administer vaccinations, medications, and treatments while focusing on educating patients about preventive health measures and lifestyle changes.
• Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, coordinating referrals to specialists when necessary to ensure continued patient care.
• Document all patient encounters accurately and time-efficiently using the EPIC EMR system.

Compensation and Benefits
