Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive, and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a welcoming and understanding therapeutic environment.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to patients, tailored to their unique needs, including both individual and family therapy.

• Manage administrative duties, including the timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, ensuring that all paperwork meets regulatory standards.

• Develop comprehensive crisis intervention plans and safety plans, when necessary, alongside relapse prevention strategies to promote ongoing stability for patients.

• Formulate effective discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition for patients leaving therapy.
\n
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, alongside NHEHS policies and procedures, to maintain compliance and uphold the highest standards of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to enhance skills and maintain licensure.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to ensure collaborative treatment strategies and continuous quality improvement.

• Complete all necessary licensure and agency-specific training requirements promptly.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
