Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and trust while ensuring professional ethics and boundaries are maintained.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, stability, and to schedule future appointments or discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and review person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including detailed progress notes for each session.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to gather information about clients’ mental health histories and current conditions.
\n
• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance personal and professional development, ensuring ethical practice and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care strategies for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We primarily focus on providing mental health services to youth, aiming to support them in overcoming challenges related to their mental well-being. Our clinicians are skilled in addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York.

• Proficient with computer skills and basic keyboarding, helping ensure effective documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
