Manager, Transformation Analytics

We are seeking a Data Scientist who will apply innovative quantitative tools, including but not limited to:

• AI/ML based modeling and analytics
• Multivariate statistical and empirical modeling
• Data warehousing and data automation/tooling of complex data workflows

A successful candidate is expected to have advanced skills in:

• Modern data architecture
• Data modeling
• Data visualization
• A working understanding of finance, procurement, and human resources

The Data Scientist will collaborate with:

• Other data scientists
• Business SMEs
• Technology professionals

This role will interact with a wide range of cross-functional business partners at all levels to:

• Understand processes
• Analyze data
• Articulate comprehensive value delivery (cost, speed, risk, quality, etc.)

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree
• Or Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
• Or Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience
• Or Associate's degree and 9 years of relevant experience
• Or High school diploma/GED and 9 years of relevant experience

Requirements

• Master’s degree in data science, data engineering, business, statistics, data mining, applied mathematics, business analytics, engineering, computer science or related field and 4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in coding (R, Python, SQL)
• Experience with statistical/mathematical modeling
• Experience processing, transforming, filtering, and presenting large quantities of data
• Experience with automating data workflows
• Experience with developing analytical dashboards
• Understanding of/experience in the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry
• Critical thinking and teamwork skills
• Comfortable in a "start-up" environment
