Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients’ mental health statuses, needs, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and aspirations of each client.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing effective modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy.

• Engage in teletherapy to deliver virtual sessions, ensuring clients receive timely support regardless of their location.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring a prompt and empathetic response to clients in distress.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

• Possess a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, along with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• No history of disciplinary actions on professional licensure.
