Our work setting is entirely remote, allowing for a convenient and flexible approach to therapy. However, we also operate through an outpatient office where clinicians collaborate periodically for meetings and trainings. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and create tailored treatment plans incorporating a variety of therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client visits weekly to fulfill the requirements for full-time status, providing consistent and effective therapy sessions.

• Document each therapy session accurately through clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Collaborate with a multifaceted team of professionals to enhance the quality of mental health services and develop innovative solutions to meet community needs.

• Engage clients in creative interventions that promote goal-setting and achievement, adapting methods as necessary to fit individual client circumstances.

• Coordinate care with case managers, families, medical personnel, and school staff to create a comprehensive support system for clients.

• Participate actively in all clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a cohesive work culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinician will work primarily with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and families. We encourage applications from BIPOC, LGBTQ, and bilingual professionals to promote representation and inclusivity within our practice.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related behavioral science discipline from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LMFT license to practice in Massachusetts.

• Proven experience in completing comprehensive clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans.
