Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based screening tools as necessary.

• Facilitate consultations and collaboratively design pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support plans.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaborations to improve client outcomes, sharing insights and strategies for enhanced care.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our clinic meets or exceeds required standards.

• Serve as an essential liaison among clients, state agencies, and community partners to foster cooperation and support networks.

• Maintain open communication with various stakeholders to align the clinic's mission with community needs and promote ongoing programs.

• Pursue professional development through continuing education, attending conferences, and participating in community outreach efforts that enrich your expertise.

• Support the clinic's mission, values, and philosophies in day-to-day interactions and care delivery.

• Perform additional assignments as delegated by the Clinic Director to meet evolving clinic needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
