Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that include crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Stay up-to-date with regulatory standards while ensuring timely and accurate documentation in client records.

• Apply evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client progress and treatment efficacy collaboratively with our clinical team.

• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Promote and represent Hope Wellness during licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.

• Act as a liaison between clients and community services, building effective partnerships with relevant state agencies and organizations.
\n
• Engage in professional development opportunities such as attending workshops, conferences, and statewide meetings to enhance both personal growth and agency representation.
\n
• Foster open communication channels within the clinic to meet contract standards and uphold our mission of community wellness.
\n
• Contribute to the overall success and outreach of the clinic by identifying and pursuing potential collaborations and funding opportunities.

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, aligning with the clinic’s goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals living with emotional disorders, those in recovery from substance use, and clients with developmental disabilities. Your ability to build therapeutic relationships and effectively manage diverse clinical needs will be paramount in facilitating positive, life-changing outcomes for each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Possession of an Independent LMHC License recognized by the Florida state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
