Founding Account Executive: Equity, SF, Major Distributors

Lantern is hiring its first two founding go-to-market team members to sell directly to executives at America's largest distributors. The role will operate in person, mainly at industry conferences, with founders to craft a repeatable sales motion.
You will source, build relationships, close deals, and shape the sales playbook. Based in San Francisco, this role offers a base of $150K with a $300K OTE plus equity and a high-growth in-person environment.
