Key Responsibilities\n

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific emotional and psychological needs of students.

• Conduct in-depth interviews with students and their families to assess mental, emotional, and social factors affecting their well-being.

• Engage students in counseling sessions, providing strategies to enhance coping skills and address life challenges.

• Regularly evaluate student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure effective support and outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of sessions, progress notes, and any significant changes in student behavior or circumstances.

• Participate in school meetings, case conferences, and collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive support network for each student.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of personal challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. You will work with a diverse student population, addressing barriers to academic success and emotional stability in a professional and empathetic manner.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or Sociology from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Texas.

• Demonstrable experience in providing social work services, preferably in a school setting.

• Strong understanding of social theories and practices relevant to child and adolescent development.

Compensation and Benefits\n
