Work Environment

Our facility is designed to facilitate a calm and efficient workflow, accommodating up to three patients per hour. This setting supports thorough evaluations and individualized treatment sessions that emphasize quality care over quantity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and healthcare needs.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans based on individual patient goals and clinical findings.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy techniques to restore function and alleviate pain.
• Develop and oversee progressive strength training and movement programs tailored to patients' abilities.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans in response to patient progress and feedback.
• Document patient progress accurately using WebPT or similar electronic medical record (EMR) software, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses primarily on adult patients aged 40 to 65, typically dealing with orthopedic conditions that affect their mobility and daily activities. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping these patients regain their independence, improve their quality of life, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically WebPT or similar platforms, is highly desired.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in manual therapy and developing specific strength and conditioning programs.
• Previous work in a multidisciplinary team environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development through ongoing education and training.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
