Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices specifically designed for treating substance abuse and mental health disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges and needs.

• Collaborate actively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance the overall treatment strategy for each patient.

• Participate in clinical meetings, prepare case notes, and document client progress accurately in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Oversee and mentor Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors as needed, enhancing their professional development and ensuring the provision of quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is to support individuals struggling with substance use disorders and associated mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression. You will engage with diverse clients from various backgrounds, each facing unique personal challenges. Utilizing a trauma-informed care approach, you will help clients navigate their recovery journeys, fostering resilience and promoting mental wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid license in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• Minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, emphasizing treatment for mood disorders.

• Proficiency in utilizing therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 115,000 and 130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
