Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify each client's unique mental health needs, goals, and obstacles.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, both individual and group, targeting a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set realistic goals and include clear interventions aligned with client preferences.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health conditions, ensuring safety and security.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients on mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources for holistic support.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures, while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Maintain adherence to ethical guidelines and legal requirements within the therapy practice, ensuring informed consent and confidentiality for all clients.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity when working with a diverse clientele, valuing and respecting individual differences.
