Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting Clinical Intakes and Psychotherapy Sessions to assess client needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Maintaining up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engaging in regular supervision sessions and quarterly team meetings to enhance your professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on providing mental health services to a diverse client base, including individuals aged 9 and older. You will work with clients experiencing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. As a vital member of our team, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys and foster resilience and healing.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in a counseling-related field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• Professional Liability Insurance coverage maintained throughout employment.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• At least 2-3 years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health treatment.
