About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Americas Sales to spearhead the east regional new-logo seller team with a strong focus on customer acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Americas sales organization across various segments, with a primary goal of accelerating net-new logo acquisition. This pivotal role demands a leader who can build and maintain a repeatable, measurable new-logo engine through proactive prospecting, effective discovery, champion creation, and disciplined deal execution. The VP will have the opportunity to shape the growth strategy for the Americas business, lead a high-impact sales team, and work closely with customers to address their most pressing challenges in modern data, real-time applications, and AI. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, data, analytics, AI, or related technology sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires a proven track record in building high-performing new-logo teams and generating outbound pipeline in complex enterprise markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong operating discipline, be adept at using activity metrics, and have a hands-on coaching approach to drive measurable behavior change. Executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to balance urgency with trust are essential. The VP will be measured on their ability to create and maintain a consistent, qualified regional pipeline, improve conversion rates, and ensure the team's success in new-logo attainment and overall sales performance.
