Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect and analyze detailed information about clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and interventions tailored to meet each client’s unique circumstances.

• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic treatment for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning, focusing on immediate needs and long-term mental health strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at fostering community and resilience among clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
