Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, recognizing their strengths and challenges through empathetic engagement.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that articulate specific goals and measurable outcomes, regularly assessing clients’ progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Administer crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring safety through risk assessments and collaborative safety planning.
