Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work. While you will largely work from the comfort of your home, you will remain a vital part of a supportive team dedicated to improving the lives of our clients. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with an understanding that some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and insightful clinical assessments to understand each client's unique experiences and challenges.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain robust and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring alignment with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards.
\n
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners to provide holistic care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continuously enhance the quality and consistency of care offered to clients.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, enabling them to better understand mental health challenges and available treatment paths.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into practice to benefit client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele within the community, including adults and adolescents grappling with mental health concerns. Your role is crucial in guiding them through their unique situations and empowering them to achieve meaningful progress in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques tailored to individual client needs.
