Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns and identify their strengths and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique situations of school-aged clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline clear objectives and interventions.

• Work closely with educators, school nurses, and other stakeholders to provide coordinated care focused on the student’s overall well-being.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards while ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups that empower students and promote mental wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans to support students in acute distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on students, offering mental health support in a school setting. You will be working with diverse individuals, including elementary and secondary school-aged children and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
