In this full-time role, you will deliver essential therapeutic services remotely, tailored specifically for school-aged children and their families. Work Environment\n

This position offers the unique opportunity to work from home, allowing for a flexible schedule within set operational hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
\n
• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather and interpret social, personal, environmental, and health information.
\n
• Evaluate mental health conditions and design treatment plans within your scope of practice.
\n
• Facilitate short-term crisis intervention and develop appropriate referrals to community resources.
\n
• Establish and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring mutual respect and acceptance.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with established protocols to maintain comprehensive client records.
\n
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment methods and adjust strategies in response to client progress and feedback.

• Keep an organized caseload reflective of ongoing sessions and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on supporting school-aged children and adolescents facing varied mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and familial stressors. As an LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in bridging gaps in care and providing a holistic approach to their mental well-being through both in-person and virtual engagements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Virginia.

• Demonstrated understanding of behavioral health issues and therapeutic methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health treatment is preferred, candidates with strong clinical skills and comprehensive training in evidence-based therapeutic techniques will be given priority. Compensation and Benefits\n
