Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' needs by conducting thorough physical examinations, history taking, and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies that incorporate various methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously, noting treatment responses and adjusting therapy protocols as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on the best practices for utilizing assistive devices and adhering to physical therapy techniques at home.
• Provide mentorship and training for aspiring physical therapists or new graduates, sharing your expertise and best practices within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry practices by attending workshops, seeking continuing education opportunities, and engaging with professional networks.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
