Work Environment\nIn your role as a remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage with clients through advanced teletherapy platforms, encompassing essential communications and therapeutic interactions. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments of clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs and challenges. \n
- Deliver individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). \n
- Facilitate weekly psychoeducational classes aimed at providing clients with practical tools and strategies to manage their mental health and improve coping skills. \n
- Oversee the progress of clients within the Functional Restoration Program (FRP) ensuring timely and effective interventions that promote recovery. \n
- Document all aspects of client care in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to strategize about client care, referring to other therapeutic modalities or specialists when necessary. \n
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and their families, fostering a support network that enhances therapeutic rapport. \n
Your primary focus will encompass a diverse group of clients who have sustained injuries in the workplace, which may have led to conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic pain. Your expertise will enable these individuals to navigate their challenges effectively and promote healthier coping mechanisms, ultimately supporting their recovery journey.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and active California License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW). \n
- A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in settings that require strong therapeutic intervention. \n
- Proficient in modern therapeutic practices, particularly in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-oriented interventions. \n
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with team members. \n
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to exercise sound judgment in clinical decision-making. \n

- Demonstrated experience in the assessment and treatment of chronic pain conditions, particularly in an outpatient environment. \n
- Familiarity with integrated therapeutic approaches to effectively address the psychological impacts of physical injuries. \n
