Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, establishing personalized treatment strategies tailored to individual circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to various groups, individuals, and families.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Work collaboratively with other health professionals to provide holistic care and integrate services effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training that keeps you abreast of the latest mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base, including youth and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients often include those from historically underserved communities, thus requiring sensitivity and an understanding of varying cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies.
