This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space while connecting with our clients and multidisciplinary team. You will engage primarily through virtual platforms, ensuring you have the support and resources needed to provide exceptional care. This is a full-time position with a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your daily responsibilities will involve:

• Collaborating effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, counselors, and wellness specialists, to develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the mental, emotional, and social needs of clients, facilitating constructive discussions that lead to actionable strategies and solutions.

• Providing families with educational resources and tools necessary to support their loved ones’ mental wellness journeys, promoting a family-centered approach to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on a diverse client population that may include individuals recovering from substance use disorders and those experiencing co-occurring mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients of various backgrounds and ages, creating individualized plans aimed at empowering them to navigate their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.

• Proven skills in client assessment, diagnosis, and crafting tailored interventions that address complex psychosocial issues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
