Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will assume the following responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to couples, while also seeing family members individually as needed, to address relational dynamics and individual concerns.

• Specialize in treating a range of common issues, including:

• Physical and psychological abuse

• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and communication barriers
\n
• Job-related stress and adjustment issues
\n
• Challenges related to blended families, including remarriage

• Navigating separation and divorce

• Mother/daughter relationship conflicts

\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques customized to client needs, focusing on holistic well-being and long-term recovery.

• Document each session meticulously for continuity of care and adherence to clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on diverse populations, including couples, adults, and children/adolescents, ensuring that therapy is tailored to each individual's needs. You will provide a safe space for clients to share their experiences, thereby directly contributing to improved mental health outcomes within the community.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following credentials:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.

• Valid and active LMFT license in California.
