Senior Sales Development Representative

Job Description The role of the Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities to expand our reach as a sales team. The SDR will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospects, connect with key decision makers acting as the initial point of contact to drive new business opportunities. To keep the AMS sales pipeline strong, the SDR will ensure they are identifying, engaging and qualifying potential clients. Key Accountabilities Advanced Sales Strategies: Develop and implement advanced sales strategies with growth leaders to target key accounts and maximize revenue. Mentorship: Often mentors and supports junior sales representatives. Performance Review: Review business performance and plan sales activities accordingly. Skills & Requirements Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, phone calls, and networking. Prospect Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company’s services. Building relationships: Work across various industries with senior decision makers, introducing them to AMS’s talent solutions. Benefits Growth and development focused on your strengths.
