Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to better understand the unique needs of each patient.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and industry standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and participating in case discussions to create a cohesive approach to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
