Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to establish personalized treatment plans for clients based on their needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements to support effective treatment planning.

• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in mental health care by attending workshops and professional development sessions regularly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with the counselor's experience and caseload.
