Key Responsibilities\n

  Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and strategies to enhance patient care and team dynamics.

  Complete and maintain detailed progress notes, documenting patient interactions and treatment outcomes on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  Lead training sessions for staff to ensure all team members understand the program plan and documentation processes.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
